The location of Quest was excellent, with easy access to nearby food options and a tram stop right outside the front door. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family holiday. Despite some minor issues, the layout was great and all the essentials were provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, within the central district and the free tram zone. It made it so convenient for us to explore all the attractions and get around easily. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, from dry cleaning to grocery shopping assistance. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was very close to the mall and all the main attractions in this city. Plus, it was right in the heart of the city with a tram stop right outside the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about transportation and events in the city.

One positive aspect was the comfortable bed, made for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and cafes. It was convenient being centrally located, close to popular areas such as Little Paris and Chinatown.
The cleanliness of the room was really disappointing. The windows were dirty on the outside and the curtains didn't fit properly.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff quickly resolved noise issue. Cleaning staff provided additional items with a smile. Comfy bed and convenient location near tram stop and train station. Front desk girl moved us to a room with a working spa bath. Spacious apartment with second toilet was a bonus.
